Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking ID. If you have not received this within 48hrs, please check your junk inbox.
Use your ID to track your order as follows:
If it shows: "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver" your order is still in transit. We kindly ask for your patience.
We are sorry for any delays caused due to ongoing strike action, which is outside of our control. While orders are in transit, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.
