Where to Dine Out with the Kids in LIsbon
Lisbon has long been a popular destination with families. In just a short flight (less than three hours), you can be transported to a welcoming coastal town, with lots to see and do, lovely beaches, and trams that toddlers will find ridiculously exciting to hop on and off! Don’t forget to bring your favourite children’s bowl to load up with all sorts of toppings and goodies to make them even more attractive. One thing’s for sure, the kids will most definitely love it!
Cervejaria Ramiro, Intendente
Calling all fish lovers – this is the place to come for the freshest seafood that come in huge portions. The staff here, like most of Libson, love kids and its vibrant buzzy vibe make it a spectacle of a place to soak up the atmosphere. It has a long-standing history dating back to the 1950s, making it just as popular with locals as it does tourists.
Pasteis Debelem
You simply cannot come to Lisbon and not pay homage to their infamous custard tart. And there’s no place more sacred that Pasteis Debelem – the proud inventor of this great Portuguese tradition. Selling them by the thousands every day, you may however have to queue.
Time Out Food Hall
If you want to just get stuck in, head to this historic hall, where there’s a plethora of great eateries to choose from. Slightly chaotic, it’s a mish-mash of dining, with benches lined with happy eaters scoffing away. The great advantage of coming here as a family is the ability to choose from a variety of restaurants to suit your taste – from Asian to pizza, Italian to Spanish to fill those kids plates with!

A world of burgers for every taste. Vegetarian, gluten-free or just a big juicy whopper – you’ll find it all here. An excellent choice of plant based foods alongside grill classics – this forward thinking burger chain has much to offer.
