The perfect gift for a kid! Get up close and personal with Spider-man himself at Madame Tussauds London’s Marvel area. If you can’t get enough, then hang around long enough and you might just see Iron Man, Captain America and the Incredible Hulk lurking in the doorways! Marvel Universe Live
What could possibly be more exciting than a captivating show with your cape crusader heroes? That’s what the Marvel Universe Live experience is all about, but you’ll have to be quick to get tickets, as these events sell out. Great for fans of Spider-man, Thor, Captain America and The Avenger toys and cartoons.
For comic enthusiasts (and slightly older children) Comic Con is the mecca of all events While the original in San Diego is still the most impressive of them all, London too pays homage to the event with its very own Comic Con at London’s Excel arena in May.
The Superhero Fun Run
Where else can you dress up as your favourite superhero and blend in with the crowd?! A dedicated fun run for those in superhero costumes, this event grows in popularity every yearm taking place in London’s Regent Park in May. For the kids, there’s a 200m route for under 8s and free costumes and medals are even provided – toddlers will have the time of their lives!
