Full Steam Ahead to Drayton Manor Park!

Days out with the kids just got better. Drayton Manor Park, home of Thomas Land, has become the latest stockist of the Thomas & Friends™ Train Track Plate collection from Munchy Play.

The children’s plates, which have just been launched, feature three fun designs: Thomas, James and Percy. The built-in track is compatible with all TrackMaster engines, bringing fun to mealtimes and kids to the table. You could say they make really useful gifts for toddlers!

Located in Staffordshire, there are 25 Drayton Manor rides and attractions to enjoy in this perfect family day out. This includes a host of toddler-friendly rides for young Thomas the Tank Engine fans

Whether you’re after a fun filled family ride or seeking adrenaline pumping fun, there’s something for everyone, including a 15-acre zoo. Did someone say Meerkats… we’re there! The resort also offers a number of educational talks, workshops and activity days, making it popular with little learners too.

Plus, you can also get up close and personal to your favourite engine, and catch a ride on Thomas, Percy, Rosie, Harold Helicopter, and not forgetting Cranky Crane.

While we can’t pick a favourite, here are three Thomas Land rides you won’t want to miss:

Cranky’s Drop Tower: Go all the way to the top of the Crane…. and then back down again. You get the gist!

James and the Red Balloon: Go up, up, up and away with James in a big red balloon. It’s great for taking in views across the park.

Sodor Classic Cars: A treat for younger visitors, this is a slower paced ride, taking you through the countryside.

If you’re wondering what age is Thomas Land suitable for, it’s ideal for all the family, with  plenty of rides that toddlers will be able to enjoy. Rather than age restrictions there are some height restrictions, which tend to start at 1.05 metres.
